Ingredients
8ouncesvanilla almond milk
1heaping cupfrozen berries
1scoopvanilla protein powder
1Tbspflaxseed meal
1Tbspalmond butter
Instructions
Start with the liquid, and pour as a base for the smoothie into your blender. Add in the frozen berries, protein powder, flaxseed meal, and almond butter.
Blend on high for a minute or two.
Serve in a chilled glass or mason jar.
Notes
You can reduce the amount of added sugar in this smoothie by substituting the Vanilla almond milk with an unsweetened almond or alternative milk variety.
